Metrology note: the modular unit shown is 198 × 98 × 72 mm. IS 1077 dimensional-tolerance metrology: 20 bricks stacked end-to-end on a calibrated datum plate, per MTL-GICEA Report GICEA/MAT/2604/09/26. This is a batch measurement, not a single brick's commercial size.
Project Material Estimator

PLAN YOUR WALL. CALCULATE YOUR BRICKS.

Estimate the number of Bricksy eco-bricks required for your masonry using your own wall and brick dimensions, mortar joints, and openings.

Project Specification Estimate
Total Required Eco-Bricks

Net Wall Area
15.9 m²
Gross Area
18 m²
Deductions
2.1 m²
Wall Volume
1.59 m³

Assumptions used in this estimate:

  • One mortar joint thickness is added to each brick dimension (length, height, and breadth) to get the effective laid size.
  • The number of brick-widths needed to fill the wall thickness is rounded to the nearest whole brick course (minimum 1).
  • Openings are deducted from gross area before estimating bricks; opening dimensions are entered in the same unit as the wall.
  • Wastage % is applied on top of the base brick count to cover cutting, breakage, and on-site losses.

Disclaimer: this is a preliminary mathematical estimate. Actual material required depends on the real bonding pattern, corner junctions, cut bricks, mortar practice, and site conditions — always confirm with a site engineer before ordering.

Engineered Advantages

TEN PILLARS OF PERFORMANCE.

Why builders, architects, and procurement teams are evaluating Bricksy eco-bricks.

01

Made from Construction Waste

Converts suitable construction and demolition (C&D) waste into a useful building material, reducing reliance on quarried aggregate.

Circular Upcycling
02

Circular Construction

Turns suitable demolition waste back into construction products, closing the materials loop between demolition and rebuilding.

Closed-Loop Model
03

Kiln-Free Manufacturing

Designed without conventional high-temperature kiln firing — manufactured through ambient compression and curing instead.

No Kiln Firing
04

Eco-Friendly & Resource Efficient

Reduces dependence on virgin raw materials by using recovered waste streams as the primary feedstock.

Resource Efficiency
05

High Compressive Strength

Developed for strong, durable masonry applications — lab-tested average 13.6 N/mm², with individual units up to 14.7 N/mm² (see Reports).

Load-Bearing Grade
06

Cooler Indoor Environment

Designed to offer improved thermal performance compared with conventional bricks, subject to validated thermal testing.

Thermal Comfort (design intent)
07

Engineered Composition

Controlled material mix, compression, and curing process for consistent, repeatable performance across batches.

Process Control
08

Scalable Production

Designed for repeatable, large-scale manufacturing that can be deployed close to waste-generation sites.

Scalable Plant Model
09

Waste Reduction

Helps divert suitable waste materials away from landfill and open disposal.

Diversion from Disposal
10

Potentially Cost-Efficient

Waste-based material sourcing may create opportunities for competitive production costs versus conventional brick manufacturing.
